PET HEAD SHOTS

Pet Head Shots is a unique, custom service from Baxter Buck. Here is how it works. I will come to your home or office and set up my portable studio. The set up needs to be done in a place that is familiar and comfortable for your pet. I will set up a small studio backdrop, studio strobe, and reflector. We have your pet come to their mark and photography begins. We shoot until I am confident of having a variety of great shots. Back at my office, I download the images and make adjustments on a select number of images, then post proofs online for your viewing and purchase.

A few things you should know about this service:

• I will photograph one pet per sitting - this service isn't for groups

• The photograph will be shot against a plain backdrop

• We will need to be patient with the pet - It may take awhile for your pet to begin to feel comfortable

• Calm energy is needed - I will direct the pet and ask for help if I need it. Distractions and noise will work against us

• Be sure your pet is not frightened by a camera flash - We have to use flash

• If your pet pees on my backdrop it's OK - Better if it doesn't happen but that is what pets sometimes do

• This service is best suited for cats and dogs
